The Universal Teachings of the Kabbalah Center

The universe is astonishing and not easy to comprehend. As such, several life scholars and institutions have come up to try and help people understand the deep meaning of life. The Kabbalah center is among the institutions that are strongly devoted to teach and explain the concept of life and how one can seek permanent fulfillment in life. This center is a non-profit organization that teaches the Zohar and Kabbalistic principles, both online as well as through its 40 regional city centers. The center is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

The kabbalah center traces its origin from the Yeshivah Kol Yehuda institution in Israel, which was founded by teacher Yehuda Ashlag in the year 1922. Ashlag, together with other Rabbis, taught the Kabbalah principles to the students aged above 40 years. These students were considered mature and devoted to comprehend the mysterious and complex teachings of Kabbalah. It was until 1965 that Rabbi Philip Berg and rabbi Yehuda tzvi established the Kabbalah center in United States. The center was initially known as the National Research Institute of Kabbalah, and was open to people of younger ages.

Kabbalah Teachings

Kabbalah holds that one can only receive fulfillment in his/her life through ancient wisdom. The word Kabbalah itself means to receive. The Kabbalah principles are commonly understood as the ancient paradigm of living. The principles hold that all branches of our lives (health, relationship, religion, careers, and knowledge) emanate from the same trunk and the same root which is the universal ancient wisdom.

On religion, kabbalah presents itself not as a religious entity but as a resemblance of all religions. It holds that all spiritual and religious beliefs are mere branches of universal wisdom.

The Kabbalah principles predate the Bible. The teachings claim that some biblical passages are codes to life and unseen universal laws which the Kabbalists unravel throughout history. Other teachings commonly explained by the Kabbalistic principles include lessons on klippot, copulation, astrology, and light among others.

The Kabbalah center has attracted a huge number of followers including renowned celebrities and global figures; among them American singers Madonna and Britney Spears. The center enjoys a worldwide following.
