Rona Borre the Chicago Entrepreneur

Rona Borre started Instant Alliance in 2001 in the spare bedroom of her Chicago condominium. She had just left her high-paying job with another staffing company where she had just broken all of their sales records.

Borre wanted a staffing company of her own where she could focus on niches where there was a great demand and thus create more efficiency. Choosing to concentrate on the placement of financial and technological personnel, Borre has molded her company into a powerhouse to be reckoned with on a nationwide basis.  Be sure to watch Borre on this clip from

Borre likes to dig in deep to understand the executive leadership of a company and just who and why they want to hire a particular type of person. Then she and her staff of highly-trained account executives do everything in their power to find that one special person. Of course, talent is important, but just as vital is the fact that the new hire has to fit the culture of the company, or things won’t work.  Related article on

The results speak for themselves as there is only a mere 1 percent ration of attrition of all of the people that Instant Alliance has placed over the years. Companies know this, and that is why they rely on Instant Alliance for their new people.

Rona Borre Succeeds With Instant Alliance and Daring Insistance

Luck does not cause success because it is fleeting. Hard work and determination can be the cause of success, but it must be applied in a persistent and consistent manner to work. That is just what Rona Borre has done with her company, Instant Alliance, the staffing company she started in 2001, be sure to click on, to read more about Borre and Instant Alliance.

Her philosophy has worked well in that she specializes in the hiring of only professionals in the financial and technology fields because they are always in demand. Growing companies will always need these disciplines to grow and keep that growth sustained.

Rona Borre also knows that the usual methods of pouring over hundreds of resumes of candidates are not a good way to go because you only get random results. Borre and her people make a concerted effort to get to know the leaders of their client companies and they have a special interview to discover the answers to key questions.  Try clicking  to read important articles.

Borre wants to know exactly what the client wants and needs in the way of an ideal candidate. What will they be doing, exactly and how will they fit into the corporate culture? Once these questions have answers, Rona Borre and her account executives will then go to work and find that candidate.  The statistics tell the tale. Total interviews to hires is at a 3 to 1 ration, very, very good to say the least. When people are hired, there is only a 1 percent attrition rate, and that one has held for the past 15 years.

Training WithBeneful Treats

Training is an important part of having my dog in the home. I have to train her to use her puppy pads in the house so that she doesn’t have an accident as well as train her to go outside when she needs to use the bathroom. Beneful treats are used in the home to reinforce good behavior whether it has to do with potty training, sitting or performing a few tricks.

Healthy Smile Dental Ridges

One of the treats that my dog enjoys that gets her teeth clean is the dental ridge. Since she is a small dog, the mini treats are ideal for her mouth. The treats have a meaty center and are made with parsley to accent the other flavors.

Baked Delights Stars

A new treat that I have seen in stores is Baked Delights. They are like little cookies for dogs. I have tried the bacon and cheese with my dog, and she seems to like them. They are small in size, and you can see small bits of bacon in each treat. I enjoy that they are baked so that they don’t have as much fat in them as some other treats.

Dental Twists

The dental twists are swirled with flavor. They are easy for my dog to grasp in the mouth since there isn’t a smooth texture. The treats help to support the teeth while giving her the fresh breath that other family members enjoy.

Baked Delights Hugs

I have only used these treats a few times. They are small squares with a crispy outside and a soft center. These have an enticing aroma and are often used with training.

The New Beneful Food is healthy for All Dogs

If you have a dog today, you know that the trend is to feed your favorite pet with food that have more familiar ingredients. Recent surveys show that people are treating their pets as part of family members and it’s not a surprise that they want their food to be more like human food. Beneful is one of these dog food brands that have come under immense scrutiny from the dog lovers and food critics. The brand is made by Nestle Purina Pelcare and was introduced in the market in 2001. Fed to more than 14 million dogs every year, Beneful is one of the top selling dog food brands in the United States.

However, the brand’s success has not gone unnoticed by the big bloggers who have criticized the food for some of its ingredients such as the propylene glycol use which is at times confused with ethylene glycol that is usually found in anti-freeze and could be poisonous to dogs. However, what many of these bloggers do not realize is that Propylene glycol is found in many dog foods and is approved by the FDA as safe for consumption. Other people have also criticized the use of colorful dyes in the food which appears to be more appealing to human consumers as opposed to dogs.So you can buy safe dog food from:
Beneful has also being criticized for possible Mycotoxins being used as ingredients in the food. However, the critic like many others does not hold water because FDA and European Union allows for minimum levels of this ingredient in pet foods. Due to these allegations, some of them still pending in court, Nestle Purina reacted by reformulating the brand. Janet Jackson, heads the research and develop team responsible for developing nutritional innovations for Purina products and JuliPlassmeyer is responsible for overseeing a marketing team of 35 associates. Both M. Plassmeyer and Dr. Jackson say the new formulas have been in development for the last two years and are not related with the class action suit. All the Beneful dry foods, therefore, have a new recipe that include Originals with Real Salmon, Originals with Real Chicken, Originals with Real Beef, Heavy Weight, Healthy Puppy, and Playful Life. Purina has removed added sugar from the ingredients, reduced the amount of dyes and the new dog foods have been tested for palatability with volunteer and received high marks.

EOS Takes Over the Lip Care Business

EOS (Evolution of Smooth) is a fairly new company, and has only been in business for about seven years. Once the founders of EOS were able to convince Walgreens to carry their lip balms, the products gained popularity and were later carried in both Target and Walmart. Beauty editors from a number of major publications such as Allure and Cosmo have also featured EOS lip balms on the pages of their magazines several times, and celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian have been seen using EOS, which has made the products even more popular.

EOS lip balm has been pretty secretive about its business model and inner working, and cofounder Sanjiv Mehra shares that this is largely because the staff has been focused on producing and delivering great products. Mehra does, however, admit that it’s time for consumers to learn a little more about the company.

Only Burt’s Bees sells more lip gloss than EOS in the United States. EOS has even started selling more lip balms than well-known companies Blistex and Chapstick. The company currently sells about 1 million items each week, and is set to be a leader in the growth of the lip care industry, which is predicted to be worth $2 billion by the year 2020.
