Kokkinides will be joined by Mike Sortino. Sortino will sever Innovacare as the chief accounting officer. Before joining the company, he worked as the controller for the Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Company. Sortino was also the chief financial officer for HCC Specialty.
Jonathan Mayers finishes out the additions, and he will serve as Chief Actuary officer.
